Happy Car Owner i needed a car and they had what i liked. they provided the history of the vehicle before i asked for it and gave me as much time as i needed on the test drives. as far as the price was concerned there wan't a lot of back and forth on it. the car was posted at KBBook value it had some minor issues and lack of maintenance that took the price down a few hundred. they didn't make me put a hold down on the vehicle and the paperwork was completed shockingly quickly. but that's enough of a rant. it was a good car at an acceptable price. the dealers were direct and easy to work with. nice job.

Hardwork, Honesty, and Reason go a LONG way I was in the market for a new truck and I found Image had one right up my alley. I contacted Matt and the experience was far better than I found in the "big" dealerships. There was an issue with the battery and a tire (found out later) had a nail in it. This isn't the best presentation for a car dealership. Matt took responsibility and got it fixed. He invited me in to test drive it again and I ended up buying the truck. So many of the "big" dealerships tout "No Haggle" but that really translates to staff that doesn't know much about their vehicles and a cold experience. Matt, admittedly, had worked for one of those dealerships in the past, but now handles his job with great professionalism and quality work. Used cars can be hard, but Image Auto understands the world they are in and does whatever they can to give you the best experience without the stereotypical "Used Car" style. Professionalism comes first for these guys, understanding their community comes second, and helping you into the deal you want is third.

Great experience I have searched and researched the used car market for months both online, and in person. I was specific in the type and condition of the car that I wanted. In each trip to other car lots," The car" I wanted remained...elusive. I found my car online on Image Autos very easy to use web page. I quickly made my way down to image auto and met Tom. He was personable, knowledgeable, helpful and very easy to work with. So, within one afternoon, I found "My car" , test drove it, asked questions and purchased it. Image Auto is a nice car lot. Good inventory, helpful associates and a really cool office inside ( kind of a museum!) I will let everyone I know where they should be looking for their cars. 2nd Time Buyer We just returned from our 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from Matt at Imagr Auto and are just as pleased with the experience as the first time! Three years ago we purchased a Saturn Astra from Matt. He worked out a great deal for us and convinced us to include GAP insurance which turned out to be a life saver when the car was rear ended and totaled a year later. Excellent Service! I am not a huge fan of vehicle shopping as I have had some less than pleasurable experiences with the whole process. Imagine my dread when my daughter got her drivers license - necessitating the need for a new vehicle for our family.
